Common Concerns (Answered Honestly)

We get it—outsourcing your fulfilment is a big step.

Here are the concerns most sellers have before getting started:**

What if you lose or mismanage my stock?”

We understand this concern—your inventory is your money.

Every item received, stored, and dispatched is recorded
Stock is organised by SKU and client
Regular checks and structured processes reduce errors

If there’s ever a discrepancy, we investigate immediately and resolve it transparently.

Late dispatch can damage your reputation—especially on Amazon.

We aim for same-day or next-day dispatch
Structured workflows ensure orders are processed efficiently
We plan capacity during peak periods

👉 Our goal is simple: keep your orders moving on time.

No—this is your business, not ours

.You decide where stock goes (FBA, FBM, Shopify, etc.)
You control inventory decisions
We only act based on your instructions

👉 Think of us as your operations team—not a replacement for your control.

No problem.

We operate on a 1-month rolling agreement
You can leave anytime with just 2 weeks’ notice

👉 No long-term lock-ins. No pressure.

Most small sellers assume 3PL is expensive—but compare it properly:

Cost of renting space
Time spent packing orders
Hiring staff
Amazon storage fees

👉 In many cases, using a prep centre is more cost-effective—and far less stressful.

That’s exactly where we help.
We scale operations based on your volume
Handle peak periods (sales, Q4, product launches)
Support both small and growing businesses

👉 You don’t need to worry about capacity—we adjust with you.

That’s fine.

We work with:
New sellers
Side hustlers
Home-based businesses

👉 You don’t need to be doing big volumes to get started.

Even better.

We support Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and more
One inventory pool can serve all channels

You don’t need separate systems—we simplify it.

Not a problem.

We act as your UK base
Receive, store, and dispatch your stock
Handle returns locally

👉 You can run your business remotely while we manage operations on the ground.

Let’s be realistic—issues can happen in logistics.

The difference is how they’re handled.
We communicate clearly and quickly
We investigate and resolve issues
We keep everything transparent

No hiding problems. No excuses.

Our Approach Is Simple

Your stock. Your decisions. We just make it happen.
